Ask a Super is operated by Turfile Technologies Inc. (“Ask a Super,” “Turfile Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Ask a Super or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Ask a Super

Ask a Super provides lawn review, education, and practical turf guidance based on information submitted by customers.

Our service may include reviewing lawn photos, property details, mowing habits, watering routines, fertilizer history, weed concerns, pest concerns, soil conditions, drainage issues, sunlight exposure, and other relevant information.

Ask a Super is designed to help homeowners better understand their lawn and make more informed lawn care decisions.

2. Educational Guidance Only

Ask a Super provides educational lawn care guidance and practical recommendations.

Our reports, comments, and recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time of review. They are not a guarantee of results.

Lawn outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including weather, climate, soil conditions, irrigation, mowing practices, product selection, timing, user error, pest pressure, disease pressure, shade, traffic, drainage, and property limitations.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any recommendation.

3. Not a Replacement for In-Person Professional Services

Ask a Super does not replace an in-person inspection or local professional service where one is needed.

Some lawn or property issues may require support from a local contractor, licensed applicator, irrigation technician, arborist, soil testing lab, drainage contractor, landscape professional, or other qualified service provider.

You are responsible for following applicable product labels, safety instructions, and local rules before applying any fertilizer, seed, pesticide, herbicide, fungicide, insecticide, soil amendment, or other lawn care product.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee that your lawn will improve, that a problem will be solved, that weeds or pests will be eliminated, that seed will establish successfully, or that any recommendation will produce a specific outcome.

Lawn care involves uncertainty. Results vary by property.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using Ask a Super, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Submit only photos, videos, screenshots, or property information that you have the right to share

• Avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information

• Review recommendations carefully before acting on them

• Follow product labels, safety instructions, and local requirements

• Use reasonable judgment and safety precautions

• Seek in-person professional support when appropriate

• Accept responsibility for actions you take based on our guidance

6. Reports and Deliverables

After you submit your information and complete payment, Ask a Super will review your submission and prepare the applicable report or service deliverable.

Reports are based on the information you provide. If your submission is incomplete, unclear, outdated, inaccurate, or missing important context, the quality of the report may be affected.

We may contact you for clarification, but we are not required to do so.

7. Turnaround Times

Any turnaround times shown on the website or in communications are estimates only.

We aim to deliver reports promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on workload, submission quality, seasonal demand, and other operational factors.

8. Payments

Prices are shown on the applicable service page or at checkout.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We are not responsible for payment processor errors, outages, delays, or separate terms.

9. Refunds

Because Ask a Super provides custom review work and personalized reporting, purchases are generally final once work has begun.

If there is a clear issue with your order or deliverable, contact us at help@askasuper.com and we will review the situation.

At our discretion, we may offer a revision, credit, partial refund, or refund. We do not guarantee refunds based on lawn results, customer expectations, or a decision not to follow the recommendations.

10. Use of Website and Materials

All website content, reports, recommendations, emails, graphics, service materials, and related content are owned by Ask a Super or Turfile Technologies Inc., unless otherwise stated.

You may use your purchased report for personal, non-commercial use related to your own property.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. User Submissions

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, screenshots, information, and materials you submit.

By submitting content to Ask a Super, you give us permission to use that content to provide the service, prepare your report, communicate with you, store records, and improve our internal process.

We will not publicly use your name, address, identifiable property information, or identifiable submitted lawn photos for marketing without your permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ask a Super for unlawful purposes

• Submit false, misleading, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content

• Interfere with the website or service

• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without permission
